RemoOrganizer is a mobile phone data service that wirelessly connects you to your Outlook, Lotus or Palm desktop Contacts and Calendar information from anywhere. The application allows you to synchronize your Contacts and Calendar data from your Mobile phone on to a Server and then to your desktop PIM thus ensuring that all your contacts and calendar information is upto date.

RemoOrganizer gives you access to any contact or calendar information you have stored on your desktop contact or calendar manager. RemoOrganizer can also wirelessly sync contacts and calendar directly into the handset. RemoOrganizer is the choice for you when you need your address book or calendar information while traveling or you don't want to manually enter or edit mobile numbers on the phone while also allowing you to keep track of your calendar events. RemoOrganizer is a monthly subscription and is billed to you by your wireless carrier. Each wireless carrier prices our applications differently.

Why RemoOrganizer™ ISN'T like the address book that comes with your cellular phone
When you purchase a new mobile phone, the phone's address book is empty and you have to manually enter in contacts. And, whether your phone is new or you've had it for a while, the mobile phone's native address book holds a limited amount of numbers and it's difficult to keep them updated. Plus, your desktop contacts are not "connected" to your mobile phone. Now, with RemoOrganizer, they are -- wirelessly.

Access the contacts on your PC desktop using your mobile phone
RemoOrganizer on your mobile phone gives you access to any contact you have in your desktop PIM on your PC. You can access a contact by searching any of these fields: last, first, company name or a combination of these fields. And, RemoOrganizer is infinite. There is no limit to how many desktop contacts you can access.

Sync your desktop to your phone--or your phone to your desktop
You can choose to download a subset of numbers (perhaps your most frequently used numbers) to your mobile phone's address book. You don't have to manually enter numbers or Email addresses, you sync them from your desktop to your mobile phone (Here's how). RemoOrganizer keeps the contacts you choose to have downloaded to your phone updated when you update your desktop PIM. And, if you manually add a contact to your phone, it can sync back to your desktop.

More than names and numbers.
RemoOrganizer's Search feature delivers more than just contact numbers. You can use the Details link to show the company name, an address, Email address and any information you may have in the notes field. Use the "Add to Phone" feature (Versions 3.0 and higher) to add a number that you've looked up in RemoOrganizer to the phone's address book. As you make changes to your PC contacts, click one button and all your numbers are updated in RemoOrganizer. You now have your own mobile phone list that contains the same information as your desktop.
